The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as:

• "Platform" refers to the jay7 website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the jay7 platform.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the jay7 platform is ৳500. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods are:

jay7 reserves the right to hold any deposit request until verification is complete.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, applicable conversion rates and related fees may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jay7 are eligible for a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the jay7 welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming and betting on the jay7 platform.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per person, household or IP address.
• jay7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time from the date the bonus was received, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the jay7 platform follow fair play principles and are secured with SSL encryption. Game outcomes are determined through an automated and impartial process.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, server issue or any other reason, jay7 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount. jay7 is not obligated to pay any reward or winnings displayed as a result of a software error.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

9.2 Termination by User
